 actually that picture of frank sepe was taken when he was loaded on juice . he went clean 2 years ago and he is 40 to 50 lbs ligher in muscle than he appears in this pic some people even say he even appears to be kind of small and cut right now . So in a way u look bigger than him right now if u say u need to gain 30 lbs of muscle to look like he does in the pic . IP: Logged |
