I take one right now it is called Joggers from Solgar. It is a tablet though, should I be taking a capsule? If so what brand name? IP: Logged |

capsules probably do assimilate better, as for what types of multi-vites the 3 that i've have good results with 3 that are very good, 1. Ultimate Nutrition's "super complete caps" 2. Twinlab's "dual tabs" and 3. Twinlab's "daily one caps w/o iron. " IP: Logged |

Body Balance by Life Force International. It contains 121 nutrients in an ionic solution. It has just about everything you need to get the job done properly. There have been numerous studies showing that capsules and tablets which undergo digestion may not fully be absorbed. Body Balance is ionic, so it virtually bypasses the normal digestive processes and is out of your stomach within a very few minutes---meaning that the vitamins, minerals, rainforest herbs, trace minerals, aminos and essential fatty acids in the product are not destroyed by acidity or other digestive enzymes. You can get Body Balance at many healthcare offices or you can find it elsewhere on the web for about 25 bucks a month. That's a steal when you consider how much you're getting for your money. Just my opinion, though. However, if I had to take a tablet or capsule vitamin, I'd take Parrillo brand. In the past I've taken them and been satisfied. I've also been pleased with a very cheap brand called Vitalert which is found at most Wal Marts or GNC's...and it costs about 7 bucks for a month supply. IP: Logged |

I use Twinlab vitamins. There very good quality. All Twinlab products are good, but their vitamins are probably one of the best, I think. I use MaxiLife Vitamins, you can get them at www.prosourceonline.com ------------------ IP: Logged |

I would say get what you can get for cheap. I was told the way you tell if a multi is of good quality is if all the B-vitamins are in the same quantities. The only thing I would consider is size depending on how big you are. [This message has been edited by vlaovic (edited August 05, 2000).] IP: Logged |

checkin to see if B's are same quantity in my opinion i don't think that's a good test. If you want to test it out put your multi in water and a little vinegar, if it all breaks up u know you're absorbing it all. A lot of multis have tar believe it or not that holds all these nutrients together. ex.Centrum. IP: Logged |
