Well, I'll make this as quick as possible, these are some of the supplements I've tried, and my results: Protein (Myoplex, Lean Body, Prolab, etc.) Creatine (Phosphagen, Prolab, Interactive, etc.) HMB(Eas): I felt a slight strenght increase the first week, after I got nothing (used it for 2 months. 19NorAndro(Sci Fit) Used it for a month, got nothing, not even side effects. Tribulus (Ultimate Nutrition, Biotest): Glutamine (Prolab): ECA (Diet Fuel, MD6): ZMA(Biotest): I get a much better sleep, and my stress is a bit lower. Methoxy-7: Lost maybe 2lbs of fat the first 2 weeks, after that, nothing (again, I used for maybe 2 months) After $1000's of $$$ I have given up on supplements and turned to other means... Anyway, don't waste you money on any of this stuff, I've made myself a guinea pig for everything I could get my hands on, nothing is worth it, except Protein, Creatine if it works on you,ECA stacks, ZMA, and Tribulus if you're over 35, or after a cycle (for the juiceheads) other wise stay away from everything else, you'll waste your money.... ------------------ IP: Logged |

Creatine- had really good results, even up to 10 pounds increase and stayed with about 5 pounds in just a month. Trick is to take at least 10mg/every day and load. Andros- didn't do jack but helped my hair fall out faster Glutamine- time it takes to recover is half with this, and immnune system is better. MD6 and Xenadrine- raised my systolic blood pressure up a little bit too high.. but i did lose 10 pounds... but that could have just been cuz of the running... Protein- best results, eat and drink a shit load, at least 1.5g/pound. IP: Logged |

Creatine, gained 8 lbs.(water retention I guess) no strength gains Andros, constant hard on, small, temporary strength gain. Not worth the $ Protein powders, best supplement. Sometimes all I eat.(I work 6 days a week 10-14 hours) Thermadrene, I have a lot more focus, however, I've become addicted. Aspirin, helps with aches and pains. Makes it easy to get a pump.
