How much glutamine should a 5'8 170lbs. guy take and when? also How is HMB? I got like five bottles for free and want to know if its worth taking? Thanks. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Havoc is right. 10-15-even 20 or more grams produce great results. HMB-if you use 6-7 grams a day and you are watching your diet you will see some decent fat loss. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() An avg. sized person can use 5-10grams/day of glutamine. Some use more. A heaping teaspoon is about 5 g. Take 5g right after your workout and another 5g just before bed. I mix mine in with my protein shakes. IP: Logged |
