Do fat burners mess up your metabolism. In other words, will I gain weight once I stop taking them? I'm interested in taking adipo and I have 40 tabs of clenbuterol, but I really don't want to screw up my thyroid or metabolism. I've been working out, eating right and I look firmer than ever. But I'm not used to being so meaty. I've always been pretty thin (small frame 5'3 110 lbs a little flabby, skinny). Now I'm at 120 but with muscle and pretty firm. I want to get rid of my tummy fat. I'm a little sensitive with mahuang products(ephedrine). I could only take about one a day or it gives me an anxiety attack. I have a couple of friends that are only taking about one or two a day. Is that a sufficient amount to burn fat? They take metabolife which contains 12 mgs of ephedrine and 40 mgs of caffiene. I want to look great by labor day- first trip with new boyfriend and honestly I just really want a six pack- finally. I work out my abs with the torso track and do 45 min of cardio 4x a wk. please respond, lala IP: Logged |

lala - read a brief reply on 7/21/00 to the fat burner post. I've never taken clenbuterol or anything like it, so I can't help you there.......sorry. I felt like my body became too dependent on it and was effecting my sleep patterns and other lifestyle habits. I was tired ALL THE TIME. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I would recommend adipo stacked with guggulbolic. If you have the money, use the new triaxII as it should really help out a lot. This is my standard fat burning stack although I will be trying the lipokinetex in the near future. IP: Logged |
