Looking for a few supplements which will help out. Am also considering a maintenance dose of deca at 50mg per week. At this dose it would not be much more expensive than a supplement. IP: Logged |

I'm sure you've heard of glucosamine.I know everybodies different but it really worked wonders for me.I've also discovered nothing works as good as plain old rest.I had tendonitis in my tricep forever.Tried everything under the sun,ice,heat,anti-inflammatories.Finally took a week off,came back good as new. ------------------ IP: Logged |
