That doesn't sound healthy. Are you able to tolerate lactose? Isopure shouldn't have lactose, but few wheys do. My advice is to drop that supplement. Go to www.prosoureonline.com and get their whey isolate powder called Nytro Whey. Each 2 pound container has 40 servings and each canister sells a cheap as 23 bucks. Not bad. hey thanks for the advice, i started taking cause it's not like two gallons of shit like most of the other shit you mix up, it takes less liquid, but man it kills my stomach.does the nytro whey mix well. IP: Logged |
