Since I started taking it I've been on a reduced calorie diet. I have not gained any weight since I started using it, but I've maintained my weight while becoming leaner. So that is a plus. The only flavor I've tried is the chocolate. I love the taste of it. It tastes just like Cytopro WPI by Cytodyne. I've heard they are both ownwed by prosource and it seems believable. Either way, it tastes good, is very inexpensive and I've been progressing in the gym. Gotta give it the thumbs up.

Max- I justed wanted to let you know I just ordered some Cytopro WPI. I decided to try it out again for a good month and see if their is a difference compared to the NytroWhey. It tastes the same, but it contains the supplement Cytodyne in it which they seem to hype pretty well. I have enough Nytrowhey to last about a week so I'll let you know in a few weeks.
