Take alpha lipoic acid 200mg with 3 of your meals. If you want, you can also take 300 mg in place of one of the times you would take alpha lipoic acid. For example, I take 200 mg with breakfast, lunch and dinner on non-workout days. On days I work out, I take 200 mg with breakfast, 300 mg after my afternoon workout with my post workout shake (50 grams of protein and 100 grams of carbs) and then I take 100 mg with my dinner. Not gains, losses! I've been taking it for several months now and I've been able to maintain low bodyfat levels even though I sometimes have slipped in my diet and training on some occasions due to prior commitments and time constraints. It's not an overnight or even rapid fat loss supplement. Rather, it's something that will help you in the long run, which is testament to it's safety and effectiveness.
