I am in high school and have been working out on and off for three years now. I have never tried any supplements or steroids and have stuck to just hard work. I think now I am finally ready to get into it. I would much appreciate anyone who could recommend certain supplements, etc. that would help me in building muscle but not nesecarily bulking up. I play football and want to become faster without just bulging muscles. I also want to slim down fast. Please anyone, help! Thanks IP: Logged |

If you just want something to help build muscle without "bulking up", eat lots of lean protein--chicken breast, tuna. Use any of the Meal Replacement Powders on the market in addition. Stay away from creatine--it just bloats your muscles with water. Good luck. IP: Logged |

Yankee and Wghts have it right, tyguy. Prescription: Add food to the plate, and weight to the bar. Repeat often. Bjaarki ------------------ IP: Logged |
