I've just finished my box of Muscle Meals and I believe it's time for a change. I was thinking about trying Cytodyne's WPI, Cyto Pro. Has anyone tried it? If so, what flavors do you recommend, choc., van. or straw.? Also, has anyone made good progress using this product? If anyone else has any recommendations, feel free to post. Thanks.
