I already posted this question on the diet board, but I'll try my luck here. I'm doing a cyclical ketogenic diet and am wondering if supplementing with L-glutamine (2g two to three times per day) to promote GH release will interfere with getting into/staying in ketosis. Any thoughts? Experiences?

Glutamine can be converted into glucose, but at that low a dose (2g/2-3 times/day) it should not affect ketosis.
