Try a couple tablespoons, taken separately during the day. It's better for the palate, in my opinion, to mix them up with something like protein shakes, oatmeal, or juice.

i got pills, they are in grams, how many grams should i take a day( sorry i should have said that earlier)

I would take the recommended dosage until they're gone and then switch to the oil. It's more economical, especially when trying to take the same amount (2 tablespoons vs. pills). I think one tablespoon is equal to 12 1000mg pills.

It's a healthy source of fat which should comprise between 15 and 30 percent of your diet. For specifics, do a search of the board or the web. There's lots of information floating around about it.

Yeah, do a search. You'll find that flax seed oil is one of the best things you can eat. It has many healthful properties. I use 3 tbsps daily of the oil mixed in with protein shakes/MRPs.
