As far as I know Creatine works best when you mix it with warm water(so it dissolves well)I have heard through alot of research that you can get good results when mixing it with grape juice. Try that and GOOD LUCK!

Mix it with any drink that has high-glycemic-index carbs, or to the untrained eye, SUGAR. The body will absorb more of the creatine rather than passing it right through. Sugar almost acts as a transport for creatine. Grape juice or cranberry juice are good ones to use.

ive been told that juice is best, but it effervesces(spelling?) the creatine, so some say milk, but i use juice, any kind will do grape is best, but most juices are high in sugars so there you go. get whatever is on sale.

Pec is right. Take creatine with a "sugary" drink, whatever you want and disolve the creatine first if you can. Try heating the drink and then stir in the creatine.

If you're gonna heat the drink, don't boil it (I wouldn't even bother heating it). Dextrose is by far the best to take it with. About 30g dextrose (which is 30g carbs) per 5g creatine is good. If you really wanna getthe most out of your creatine, take about 200mg of Alpha Lipoic Acid with the dextrose drink.
