i have been using creatine for 4 days and i havn,t seen any gains it all seems to be ending up in the piss pot.i have been taking 35g per day am i not seeing any gains because i am taking to much or does it just not work for me. IP: Logged |

creatine doesnt work directly, it works by allowing you to do more reps and therefore have the potential to gain more mass. 35g is ridiculous IP: Logged |

How much you take doesnt matter on the gains, make sure you take enough though, the extra waste just goes to your kidneys. I dont even take 35g's a day when I load, jesus christ, it aint a miracle drug. IP: Logged |

I have used creatine befor and am just going to start again till I am old enough to start roids. When I take creatine I do the loading phase(15-20g a day) after a week and a half I just take 5g a day and it works for me. ps, I take it in warm water to dissolve it faster(It tasts like shit, but it works.)_ IP: Logged |

Give it some more time when I took creatine for the first time I didnt see any results until two weeks. Try taking in more water or mixing it up with some grape juice but 35g a day is to much. IP: Logged |

If it's only the piss pot then you are lucky. Sometimes too much creatine will give you the squirts. Give it time - you'll notice an ability to do more reps after a couple of weeks if creatine works for you. IP: Logged |

I don't think the 'more is better' thing works with creatine like it does with steroids. Try drinking a high-sugar drink about 20 minutes after taking the creatine, that should help with absorbption. IP: Logged |

Remember that creatine only acts to make your muscle tissue appear larger because the muscles are full of water. Use it as directed (maybe 5-10gm daily), drink water and LIFT WEIGHTS. IP: Logged |

everyone reacts different to creatine forntunetelly i'm one of the super responders to creatine. I strated to take cell-tech with extra dextrose 2 times a day and I have gained 13 lbs in 1 month and I don't even look bloated I look more cut . But other people I know makes them look very bloaded . In my opinion if u have a very fast metabolism u should be taking your creatine 20 grams a day with alot of dextrose. with a faster metabolism u will look bigger and more ripped but if u have a slow metabolism u will look bigger but bloated. If u are a super responder to creatine u should start feeling results the second day u take it IP: Logged |
