after two weeks, i mail them about my shipping status. it wasn�t until 5 or 6 emails to them later that I finally hear anything from them. Scott, who is the Vice President told me that some of the items were under backorder and asked if I wanted to wait till they are available then send them via USPS. i was in disbelief when i hear that. I thought my order is already half way around the world my then. he could have a least email me a.s.a.p to tell me that. anyway, i opted not to wait and ask him the send them.

after more than a month of waiting from the date that he claims that have sent them, i email them about not receiving them yet. again, only till i have mail them countless times asking him to give me USPS's "shipping receipt number" in order to track it , he (scott) told me that i knows nothing about it and that i give him another 72 hours to check with his shipping department,

i email him after 5 days and his just wouldn�t reply my mail until i made a long distant call to him, on the phone, his didn�t even sounded a bit concern about what i have been through. it been 2 and a half months since i first plave my order. i have basically given up waiting and decided to let you guys know so you wouldn�t end up like me.

please be careful when ordering from the net, some companys are really not reliable.

p.s: just sent him an email about going to tell the world about his fucked up company. do tell me if you guy have any bad experience with such a company. stay safe!
