If you want to get big naturally I recommend meal replacements, protein powders, creatine and glutamine. I personally like Muscle Link's MRP, called Muscle Meals. You can get a free sample at www.ironmanmagazine.com If you want to gain freekish size then go with gear. Diet also has a very big role in bodybuilding. If you aren't training regularly and if your diet is bad, don't bother buying supplements. You'll just be wasting your money. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Bl3h try the product called coleolin in triaxII. I have and seen nice results. Its not a magic bullit if you want that you need to go to gear. give this a try with the creatin & protein . ------------------ IP: Logged |

For mass, here's my stack that I've been on for awhile now. Protein shake---about 30 grams of protein between breakfast and lunch. Protein shake---about 30 grams between lunch and dinner (about 2:30 pm) Protein shake---after my workouts---50 grams of protein, 100 grams of maltodextrin, and 10 grams of extra glutamine. Take some vitamin C or alpha lipoic acid with this post workout shake. Acetyl-L-carnitine (500 grams 3 times a day) During my cutting phase, I add adipokinetix to the stack...but I also have a few trade secrets for fat loss IP: Logged |

I agree with BackDoc---6 meals a day with 30-50 gm protein per meal along with intensive weight training will make you grow. If you want fast muscles that you might not keep--hit the juice! IP: Logged |
