Having a lot of free time on my hands until I leave for Chicago in 2 weeks for a job interview, I decided to stroll into my friendly neighborhood Nutrition Depot. The shalves are jam packed with every supplement known to man.. and a few that probably have undiscovered paths of origin. Anyways, I asked a salesman about MuscleTech products and how well they work.. and he starts to ramble on about how if I buy all FOUR products, they will rip me to shreds.. uh huh, sure kid. The topic shifted to creatine, and became a little interesting... he proceeds to tell me how a customer of his was taking creatine and started bleeding from his rectum. First of all, has anyone ever experienced this? And secondly, why would you bleed from your rectum? Does it have to do with the fact that your liver can't break down the creatine, and the strain causes blood? That is what the salesman told me.. and since I have NEVER heard of this before, I wanted to get the REAL information. Thanks, Joe ------------------ "You think that is PAIN?!?! It's funny that you mention this, my buddy experienced the same thing while taking creatine, he told me that he was basically shitting blood, after i laughed at him he told me he wasn't joking. ) were probably the cause, any time you strain hard (like a heavy squat) with your body it is possible to get hemmoroids, basically it pops the blood vessles in your ass, not everyone is suseptable to getting them but some are. I wouldn't be afraid to take creatine and if your ass bleeds just buy some preperation H.
