Hey chief, you are focusing way too much on creatine. It is not a miracle drug that will give you the magazine cover physique or the ability to squat 1000 lbs. Creatine has little to no effect in some people, you could be one of them. Get some micronized creatine monohydrate and mix it with 70-100g of dextrose after your workout. Cell tech or met-rx creatine ac are pre mixed and also contain ala. That is a little more pricy route to take though.

Prolab's, Kaizen's and Univeral Nutrition's creatine is german creatine. Anything with CreaPure on the label is german creatine. Prosource also sells german creatine. They sell it for a good price of 33 bucks for 1000 grams. Not too bad. Check out www.prosourceonline.com

In my opinion, if you want maximum benefits of creatine take effervescent. Always be sure that the creatine comes in a foil packet, never by the effervescent creatine in containers. As soon as it's exposed to oxygen it degrades. That's why it's important to get it in foil packets. I really recommend Muscle Link's effervescent creatine. It works very well if you stack it with Ribose Size. If you're not willing to pay the price for it, I recommend GEN's effervescent creatine. You can get pretty good prices at www.netrition.com

Also, if you take effervescent creatine, always load it. For some reason it works better that way. The first time I tried it, I didn't load it and I didn't get much results from it. Then someone told me to try loading it and I did, then after my cycle (2 months), I gained 2-5 pounds of muscle. I guess since it's absorbed almost 100%, my creatine pool increased. For the loading phase, I recommend taking 4 packets of effervescent, between meals on an empty stomach, for 5 days. Take it in the morning before breakfast, Noon, After your workout and at night. After the loading phase is over, take one packet after training. I actually take two packets after the loading phase. Once before my workout and once after my workout. I believe I get better results that way. But right now, I'm just using Muscle Link's MRP. Good luck, I hope this posts helps you.
