I need a good anti catabolic supplement. I heard Methoxylon and Phosphatidylserine are both good, anyone ever try ether of these. I already take Glutamine and Creatine but after long wrestling practices I know my cortisol levels are very high and it is relay hindering my gains in the gym any other suggestions? IP: Logged |

Phosphatidylserine is really expensive stuff. The recommendations I've seen call for up to 800 mg per day of the stuff, but that's way too expensive. I like taking a gram of vitamin C after a workout to help with recovery. There are some other cortisol suppressors but I'm not convinced that they are that effective. Let me know what you think. Take care. IP: Logged |

I'm a female that used to use ipriflavone but I have been using the methoxylon lately and it works pretty good. Definetely worthwhile. IP: Logged |
