Here is a general question. I hope you guys can answer it. How much Glutamine should I take, when I am on my lifting day? I take 10 grams before a workout. Should I take 10 after as well? Also Just like Creatine, should I take glutamine, on days I am not working out? If so how much do you guys recommend. Hindustan ------------------ IP: Logged |

I take glutamine every day. I love the stuff. When I lift, I take it with the meal before my workout and with the meal right after my workout. 5 gm. at a pop. I also take it before bed. IP: Logged |

i agree. use it everyday, 10-20g in divided doses. best time seems to be after workouts and before bed. drink lots of water too if you are using glutamine. IP: Logged |
