The 4-andros have a higher test conversion rate than the 5-andros, with 4-Androstenediol clearly leading the pack. In other words: 4-Androstenediol is the real deal, provided the dosage is high enough (at least 1000 mg per day!) TestoMan IP: Logged

I have used 1000mg/day of 4AD over 2 weeks and experienced increased muscle hardness, but no size increases. If you're in the US, better get it now if you want to try it.
