i am 16 years old and i have been working out for a while now (over 1 year). i am thinking about doing creatine for just this summer...but if i stop when school comes i heard that i will loose all that muscle...do you guys think that if i cycle it i will make gains that i can keep even when i stop taking it when the school year starts...if so how woul i go about cycling...also do you think that regular creatine monohydrate is good or should i go with phosphogen HP from EAS with dextrose...thanks a lot! I think you'll make some nice gains, and probably lose some when you go off. I know others will disagree, but I feel EAS supplements are the best quality out there. That is if they aren't some new gimmick product they're selling. Despite this I use Prolab Creatine and Glutamine that I purchase from DPSnutrition.com. I don't spend the money for EAS products because I use creatine year round (for over three years now). IP: Logged |

Hey guys, don't be fooled. Creatine works great for some people to put on weight, but remember that all that new weight is water. Creatine causes the muscle cells to hold more water which can make you stronger. Your muscles look bigger because they are full of water. You will lose most of that water gain when you stop using creatine. That's just the way it is with creatine. Its no magic muscle gainer. IP: Logged |
