the problem with taking a thermogenic agent and creatin is they work aginst each other. The creatine requires a lot of water to keep hydrated, while the thermo genic agent usually contains caffine which dehydrates you. I suggest you use one or the other. Either bulking or cutting its hard to do both at the same time. I suggest using Adipokinetix instead of the MD6, Its a lot stronger and works better. IP: Logged |

bro--decide what u wanna do first and give your supplement choices some serious thought. i think u'll see that creatine and thermogenic products together makes no sense. They work against one another. Good luck! IP: Logged |

i hate to tell you this but your idea on creatine and MD6 is stupid. I mean really stupid. It's either you get cut up or you get big, can't do both unless you do roids. While on creatine eat like a hog and drink lots of water, then when done get on the MD6 and burn fat and hopefully get some new muscle IP: Logged |

Crap, I've been taking this creatine with md6 together.. along with glutamine and dbol.. talk about shit that doesnt mix.. I guess I'll stop the md6. How about taking somethng like tiratricol? would that help or just neutralize the other supplements? I do drink lots of water though.. IP: Logged |

I've told people over and over to stay away from Biotest's products. MD6 is overpriced and has caused negative effects in some people. Take my word and stay away from this stuff. IP: Logged |

actually taking a fat burner along with creatine it does not matter because creatine puts water inside the muscle cells and the caffeine in fat burners pulls out the water from outside the muscle cells and If u take creatine while dieting u will be able to hold on to most muscle mass and will also keep your streight up . And in some cases creatine will give u a harder appearanse while dieting because the water retention will be inside the muscle cell so your muscles will look fuller.. IP: Logged |
