Hi i have just seen an advert for a creatine supplement in an fhm magazine. It says its the best on the market, and will give somthing like 15 lbs of lean muscle in three weeks if u train and eat the right stuff.
I am already quite a big person and have no problem with gaining, weight, im 6.5 ft 210 lbs. I am really trying to work my pecs, to get that SQAURED look if you know what i mean. Will creatine help me do this or will it just make me fat ?

Also this stuff is well expensive isnt it aswell so how much would i need and where do i get it from ?

please tell me if you lot have had any gains from using creatine, and did you find any side effects ?

thanx,

Well first of all, you dont gain any muscle from creatine. Creatine gives you this extra energy at the end of a set to push out a couple more reps then usual. Thats how you gain the muscle. And the 19lbs is just a gimmic, most of it is probably water weight. You wont gain fat from it either. Its not that expensive as long as you dont buy Cell Tech. It works great, use it.

I cycle creatine just like anything else. If I take too much I cramp in the gym. Drink a lot of H2O with creatine. It helps me get a good pump for sure! Later, Green

Creatine works well for some, does nothing for others. It causes your muscle tissue to absorb water and look fuller. Try it and see how it works for you.

I HAD GODD GAINS FROM CREATINE(ABOUT 8 POUNDS)BUT IT WAS ALL WATER. I TOOK PROLABS CREAPURE CREATINE MONOHYDRATEE WICH IS A GOOD PRODUCT IN MY OPINION. THE ONLY SIDE AFFECTS I NOTICED WERE A LITTLE CRAMPING BECAUSE I DID NOT DRINK ENOUGH WATER AND A LITTLE ACNE BUT I HAD ACNE TO BEGIN WITH SO I CAN'T BLAME CREATINE FOR THAT. JUST REMEMBER TO DRINK ALOT OF WATER AND OVER THE RECOMENDED DOSAGE. GOOD LUCK

im with cackerot, glutamine is a much better supplement then creatine. ever heard of glutamine, its the most abundent amino acid in your skeletal muscles, very important for muscle recovery. look into it.
