I have read the research on Nitro tech and really with the few additives in thier product your body may only absorb a gram or 2 of additional protien, (not really worth the cost), -stick with the 100% whey, its just as well. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() beefy is right...those expensive 2 lb. tubs (nitro tech, precision, etc.) may have a higher percentage of protein absorbed, but you get way more protein for your money with optimum...it works fine for me. IP: Logged |
