Has anybody had any experience using Optimum Nutrition's Whey Protein? Is it as good as Designer or EAS? Thanks for your input.

Optimum is the best for the money whey is whey. I have read the research on Nitro tech and really with the few additives in thier product your body may only absorb a gram or 2 of additional protien, (not really worth the cost), -stick with the 100% whey, its just as well.

beefy is right...those expensive 2 lb. tubs (nitro tech, precision, etc.) may have a higher percentage of protein absorbed, but you get way more protein for your money with optimum...it works fine for me.
