well football starts august 7 and right now i am weighing in at 206 ......and i need to gain about 10 or 15 lbs......any suggestions on what to take ......thanks IP: Logged |

Lots of FOOD, lots of Creatine, and then some more food. Lots of Protein, Lots of Good carbs (and some sugar when you take the creatine) and some fat(30 - 50 grams a day). IP: Logged |

yea but u can gain about 10 to 15 lbs.. in a month.?????if u load up on creatine and take a shit load of protein and eat like a horse... IP: Logged |

Not likely your going to gain 10-15 pounds in a month. Most likely you won't gain that in two or three months either. That should probably be more like a six month goal. Don't set yourself up for failure bro. IP: Logged |

The creatine might give him 5 pounds, and he might get another 5 by the time football starts, if he works out intensely and eats plenty of food.. IP: Logged |

Get a good weight gainer and pack on the fat along with the muscle. then in summer practice sweat & work the fat off. Practice under the hot sun in august will do it. IP: Logged |

If you get a weight gainer, get N-Large2 by Prolab. It's one of the best gainers I've used. I gained a little fat after I used it, but it's not as bad as other weight gainers I've tried. ------------------ IP: Logged |
