Hey there, back to the board after 2 years. Lost a lot of fat with ripped fuel, and then some mass quantities stuff with aspirin. I'm cutting up again using hydroxycut-not getting the resuls I need, so I am thinking of going back to ripped fuel but I hear a lot about E/C/A/-how much of each do I need, anyone know the proportions. Thanks a lot for the help. T IP: Logged |

hydroxycut IS eca, just with more shit in it follow directions on whatever product you're going to use and that will be the correct dosage IP: Logged |

what's your diet like? cardio schedule? personally, i don't think anyone should have trouble losing weight on h-cut, so one of those things might be out of whack. all the eca stacks (ripped fuel, hcut, ect.) basically have the same ingrediants with just a little variation, so it's hard to say that one might be stronger. anwyays, everyone is different, so just cuz one thing works for me doesn't automatically mean it'll work for you... i'm starting a cutting cycle with md6 right now to see how it compares to the others, and i've also heard good things bout lipokinetix (sp?), so maybe try one of those (they're not exactly eca but very similar). check out this board and you'll see lots of posts about other stuff. but like i said, take a look at your diet and cardio. Here's my details: about 214lbs right now(lots of fat), pump 4 days a week in the afternoon, each body part once a week only copound freeweight movements(I'm not very strong right now for my weight but I put on muscle real easy-along with fat). I try to eat about 200grms of protien a day but can't digest it with low carbs so I alternate the carbs down two days up one day-100gms-450 gms. Cardio 3-4 times a week usually in th morning but lately no time so in the night these days. About two years ago whenI used ripped fuel with aspirin I went from about 225 to 187 in 3.5 months( I also used a fat burner from mass supplents-forgot the name). Problem is thatI lost a bit of muscle and a lot of strength. I used to feel real hot whenI was on the stuff. Now I don't feel hot at all, not loosing any fat or muscle but instead getting stronger looking more muscular-but fat's still there. You said lipokinetix-I've heard good stuff about that so I may as well try it. IP: Logged |

it sounds like ripped fuel worked for ya...try going back to that again and see how it is after a couple weeks. once progress slows down, switch fat burners. first time i cut, i used hydroxycut and lost a lot of fat, but also a lot of strength. i think that had to do with 5 days of cardio i was doing, so now i'm gonna do 3 good days of cardio and a 4th lighter intensity day in there if i need it. also, i'm gonna switch thermos every 3 weeks or so and see if i can keep progress going. anyways, those are just some suggestions that i'm doing, but what it comes down to is keeping your body guessing if you're not seeing continuous results.
