Okay here is the deal. I have been lifting for about one year now. I am approx. 190 5'11. So I am not huge, but defined except for a little flab around stomach not much though. My question is I work at McDonald's while I am going to school and I always bring my own food for lunch, but once in a while I will forget. Question..Should I go without food for 5-7 hours or eat some protein at McDonald's quarter pounder, grilled chicken etc. The way I make them they have approx. 20 grams of fat.
I would like to know what you guys think??

definetly what ever you do dont go without
your protein..You should be getting in atleast 2 servings in a 7 hour time period.
Grab yourself a griiled chicken or a quater
pounder once in a while wont hurt you, grab a
couple of milks if they have any.Stay away
from the fries,apple pies & ice creams.When
im bulking i'll eat quater pounders like they're going out of style.

thank you. I never thought to have some milk. Anyways everything is free so next time I forget I will have a couple large 1% milks and a grilled chicken.

Just put a chicken patty on the grill, don't fry it. I used to do it when I worked there a long time ago. Use the 1/4 pounder setting on the grill so it's not paper thin. Dash of pepper and walla. Later, Green

since u work at the restaurant, read the nutritional analysis they are required to post on the wall. Quarterpounders are about the WORST crap you could ever put in your mouth. The animal fat content is scary! Do like the others said, eat gilled chicken breast and drink milk.
