If you dont have stomach problems, use on an empty stomach, increase absorbtion rates. If you have intestinal, gastric, or stomach problems take with a meal or snack. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I have also found that if I add around 2g to each serving of protein powder that I take in the day, it helps some with the protein synthesis. IP: Logged |

Don't take your glutamine and creatine together. Studies show that they are utilized by the body along the same pathway. "She told me to call, but I was already out the door." IP: Logged |
