I saw this supplement at a Max Muscle store and the guy told me it is very similar to Cell Tech but with less sugar and it has glutamine. Has anyone tried Alpha One and what kind of gains did you get? IP: Logged |

I made better gains with Alpha One than I did with Cell-Tech. The one that works best for me is Met-Rx's Creatine AC but it is loaded with sugars. IP: Logged |
