i dig isopure.. also found some good stuff made by twinlab and itz called mass fuel. 50 gramz of protein per serving and it has a pretty high calorie content too. . IP: Logged |

met-rx pro 50 double shot chocolate..it is so ****ing good!!!! even though i dont really care about the nutritional content because it tastes so GREAT. it has 450 calories, 66 grams of protein, 40 grams of carb (with fat free skim milk) IP: Logged |

i ordered 5lbs of protein from www.proteinfactory.com. i got the penta pro mix, chocolate flavored. i mix it with milk and it tastes unbelievably good. i think it's safe to say that i'm hooked... IP: Logged |

i use natural flavor designer 2 scoops with 12 oz of orange juice and a tbsp of olive oil and take a multivitamin with it. I drink 3 a day and add glutamine to them sometimes ------------------ IP: Logged |

Nitrotech Strawberry has the best taste. Triple Whey form TwinLab, is also good, since you dont even have to use a blender, and tastes really nice. IP: Logged |

for a good protein shake, and to save money while doing it try: 10 oz. of orange juice 50 grms or whey protein 2 tblspn. of flax oil 3 tblspn. unflavored yogurt 1/2 banana blend with 1/2 cup of ice on high for 40 seconds, also take with a good multi vit. this drink is about as good as an mrp. if not allowing for more variety since you can change the juices or fruit added IP: Logged |
