i'm using the max ot routine too, so far so good, i also picked up a bottle of dymetadrine, i usually take two pills and hour or so before my workout, Honestly it does get me goin for the gym, everyone is different but if your like me it will really give you the energy to workout with alot of intensity (which is required in the max ot workouts)

Are you able to lift more wieght with it, Im looking for an extra 10 lbs on the bench and 20 on squats, is that reasonable. And I really like Max OT too, my strength has gone up in pretty much everything with each progressing workout, little things like an extra 5-10lbs a week on exercises but thats good enough for me

i honestly don't know, i feel like i can lift more but that may be all in my mind, there is only one way to find out though, Are you following the six month routine? Today i finished my first week, i really like the workouts and the fact that i'm not in the gym for two hours a night overtraining myself. i've been working out for a while and am in somewhat of a plateau, i hope this change in routine will push me through it

i was checking out the 6 month program too.
one thing i noticed is in weeks 14-17 they dont have you train triceps. do you think it is a mistake or something? i was wondering if it would be better to start on the 12 week program or the 6 month. what do you think?

Some of the routine is messed up, like in one of the routines it says chest, but the exercises listed are for biceps, just keep using one of the other tri routines. One thing that I modified was adding 2 sets of flies and doing one set for dips, anybody else thought it was wierd that flies aren't used, I think they are the best for really blasting your chest

flys are an isolation exercise. Max-OT doesn't use isolation exercises.

i just finished my first week friday so it's a little too early to start looking for results but so far so good, i like the workouts, i'm in and out of the gym, and i like the philosophy behind the max ot routine and nutrition (although eating that much protein is a chore). Also it helps to keep me motavated and structured, i know exactly what i'm doin when i get in rather then just wingin it. also, i've felt some soreness similar to that of my first weeks back at the gym. After months of my former routine i needed a change. Try it out and see if you like it, ya got nothin to lose

no, not 400, i usually get about 300, i'm making the protein factory rich, i'm drinking about 5 two serving shakes a day, plus my already tuna and meat filled diet,

i'm slightly deveating from the nutritional aspect of max ot, basically i eat whatever the fuck i want, and in huge quantities. but i'm also getting my protein. right now my weight is 180

I have used this stuff for 4 weeks in May , 2 caps per day the 1st week , 3 caps the 2nd one , 4 caps the 3rd one , 5 caps the 4th one the day I was training and 4 caps the day I was not training ....... and well , I had really great results but I have experienced some problems during my workout , I was not feeling plenty of enercy but , how to say it , it was like I was becoming crazy after my reps (do you understand ?), it's not easy to use Dym. at high dosages I think and work well in the Gym. Now I have started again a cycle , but I think I will take only 3 caps per day , what do you think ? Anyone had the same problems while training ?

grosso, it's usually a good idea to cycle eca stacks such as dymetadrine, they start to lose their effectiveness and can actually cause you to get somewhat addicted to the stimulants (effedrine and caffine), it's a good idea to use them every other day, or three weeks on and one week off, if you don't cycle them you may experience headaches, fatigue, etc...buon fortuno...piero
