![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I was taking creatine for a while and stopped around two months. Anyways I am currently taking my creatine with grape juice. Am I just able to take it with dextrose, that is what many of the companies use anyways. I am thinking of like 70g of dextrose for every 10g of creatine. Does anybody do this. I can not really afford using the pre-made mixs I am a student and already buy whey protein etc. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() I have used both the premade Phosphagen HP and also loaded with just plain old grape juice and creatine. Both gave me the same 8 pound gain in a week. Just don't mix with a citris juice like orange or grapefruit. Using grape juice seems to work well, mix it with at least 8-10 ounces. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() If you can't but the good stuff, grape juice is the next best. It causes a good insulin spike like you need. IP: Logged |
