I'm making good progress from ribose. I take it with creatine and noticed bigger pumps in the gym almost immediately. Anyone else?

I totally disagree! Another supplement scam/ripoff. I know dozens of people at my gym that have wasted their money on this stuff. From what I can tell it is probably good for you and might help intense endurance athletes but believe me save your money and use it for something better.

Bought a big bottle of Twinlabs Ribose Fuel for $42 bucks. I have been taking 3 grams preworkout for 2 weeks now. When it runs out I don't think I'll waste my money on it again.

I would never buy supplements from Twinlab. Their not bad products, but there are better brands to choose from. Try Ribose Size with Creatine Elite, from Muscle Link. It's good stuff. I gained 5 pounds of muscle in one, two month cycle.

I didn't feel a thing and it was quite expensive since the recommended dose is 2 grams, and each tab from twinlab was only 500mg. and the bottle only had 30 tabs in it.

This is another Biotest/testosterone.net scam. I know five people at my gym who have used this without any results beyone just creatine alone. Save your money and spend it on something useful.

I never had good results using it, nor has any one i know.
this is a product that may get better results for an indurance athlete -distance runner when used with creatine to prolong the ATP stores in the muscles.
