bump that, I love them both, and you can notice a diference between the two big time. When I cycle off creatine, I notice im off. So definitely take both.

Use both. the only difference is you should cycle creatine 6-8 weeks on, 3-4 weeks off. Stay on glutamine all the time.

Why would you go off creatine? I have been on it for probably over three years straight.

I love glutamine. I went off it for a few weeks once and I felt like crap the whole time. I was weak and tired all the time. Right when I started taking it again I felt better. I think creatine sucks. I've tried them all and it does nothing for me.

I'm total non-responder to creatine. Glutamine works better for me, especially its anti-catabolic properties which creatine does not have. I use Pro-Lab L-glutamine, but all major brands are fine.

I've used Prolab and liked it. Now I use AST Research GL3 micronized glutamine. I like this as well. Either one is good. I would just try and pick a reputable company and then find the one you can get the best deal on. I can get 600 grams of AST glutamine for like 29 dollars.

How does Glutamine work? Is it a cell volumizer like creaine, or is it anabolic, or is it an energy stimulator?

recoomer- here is a simple cut & paste for you

glutamine supplementation has
been shown to prevent the loss of body mass through the positive role glutamine plays
in protein synthesis and its action as a potent anabolic agent. when muscle glutamine
levels are restored and in a positive nitrogen balance muscle synthesis can return to a normal rate.

hope this will enlighten you on it.

just a little side note for the dude whose been on creatine for 3 years. I think you're a moron and will probobly have to supplement yourself with creatine for the rest of your life because probobly by now your body wont be able to produce it. The absolute max u should use creatine is 3 mon., i only use for 1 mon. on and 2 mon. off it's dangerous shit the way you're taking it.

Austin- You may want to experiment with it. Maybe just one serv. after a workout or perhaps another right before bed. It is not very expensive if cost is a factor. I like to add it to my protein shakes.
