I read somewhere that you should buy Effervescent in the foil packets. I used Effervescent before without foil packets and I didn't respond well to it. Then I tried the effervescent foil packets. It worked fine. If you don't have a lot of money buy effervescent from GEN. If you have the money to spare, buy effervescent from Muscle Link and combine it with Muscle Link's Ribose Size.
