I was wondering if after taking creatine for two weeks should I take a week off now or will I waste the creatine I have spent two weeks loading??? Thanks. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Im taking Prolabs German creatine, by the way should I take 2 servings a day or 1. If 2, when should the other serving be, my first serving would be in my N-Large shake right after a workout IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() 6-8 weeks on, 3-4 weeks off is the general rule of thumb. After 6-8 weeks, your muscles are usually so saturated with it that you hit a plateau. That is when you should come off for a few weeks and let it filter out of your system. I usually try to cut up during the period in which I discontinue it. IP: Logged |
