I have taken creatine for two weeks and I was thinking about taking a week off since I have been going for six or seven months staight. I was wondering if after taking creatine for two weeks should I take a week off now or will I waste the creatine I have spent two weeks loading??? Thanks.

What does it say on the label. On mine it says take for 8 weeks and then get off for 4 weeks. Im taking Prolabs German creatine, by the way should I take 2 servings a day or 1. If 2, when should the other serving be, my first serving would be in my N-Large shake right after a workout

If your going to take two servings take the other one in the morning. Basically just do what it says on the label. Mine is Met-rx micronized creatine, it doesn't say how long to take it for.

6-8 weeks on, 3-4 weeks off is the general rule of thumb. After 6-8 weeks, your muscles are usually so saturated with it that you hit a plateau. That is when you should come off for a few weeks and let it filter out of your system. I usually try to cut up during the period in which I discontinue it.
