And when are the two times a day that I should take this stuff (1 on non training day) I know to take it after working out, but what about the 2nd dose? IP: Logged |

When you take the creatine doesnt matter, i mean on training days, the creatine is in your muscles always, doesnt just effect when taking it. So always take two a day. Take first dose before you lift and right after too. Remember to drink tons of water too or you will cramp up like a bitch. I take 10g's a day. IP: Logged |
