I would like to know the BEST supplements to take; to gain weight and muslce. I need the best, no matter the price. I am trying to stay off steroids now. So give me some actual tips. Thanks.

Creatine monohydrate (5g per day taken with 30g of glucose powder, 30 mins before training).

There are loads of other creatine products (pills, serum, effervescent etc) but they are gimmics to rip you off. Unless you have absorbtion problems, you will do fine with mono.

I would also recommend taking an ECA stack for a workout "buzz". Twin labs Ripped Fuel are good. Take two tabs with an aspirin (to create an ephedrine, caffeine, asprin stack) about 30 mins before you workout.

Why would you take creatine befor you workout? Creatine is best used after a workout.

This is simple

any type of whey protein,doesnt really matter
which brand.

Glutamine-Twinlabs 1000mg caps,take 6g a day
3 before bed & 3 after training or in the morning,best if taken on an empty stomach.

Creatine-if you can afford it than cell tech
is probobly the best.But I use optimum mixed
with OJ & I get just as good of results.

Take your body weight in grams of protein per day, 200lbs= 200grams of protein a day.

All the other supplements arent worth buying.

Cytodyne AAC is good, I noticed significant gains on this supp. Little expessive but definetly worth it. I noticed its effects just after a week!

BRO DONT MIX CREATINE W/OJ......
DONT EVER TAKE IT WITH DRINKS THAT CONTAIN ANY ACID. IT MAKE THE CREATINE LESS EFFECIVE. DRINK IT WITH 2% OR SLIM MILK, WATER OR SOMTHING LIKE THAT. OR YOUR JUST WASTING UR MONEY!

taking creatine before your workout is effective, and so it taking after your workout. if you take it before your workout with a transporter (sugar) than it will be in your muscles for the workout. taking creatine after your workout is just as beneficia because your muscles will be screaming for glycogen replenishment, and when you take in your simple carbs post-workout, than you will be getting the creatine into your muscles at a prime time. this is because of the insulin response. insulin acts as the transporter for everything to get to your muscles, including protien.
Also, an acidic drink might lessen the effects of creatine, it will hardly be noticable. Look on the ingredients of Cell-tech or Phosphagen HP, you will see citric acid in the ingredients.
However, after saying all of this, I'll be honest. I don't even use creatine anymore. It just makes me hold too much water. I lift to look good, not to look bloated.
