I am taking some creatine with some dextrose I got from proteinfactory. I was wondering how many reps would be best to get the full benifit. I heard it would be best to go with 4-6 reps which would make sense to me. I was just wondering what other workout advice for creatine loading thanks.

4-8 reps for large multijoint exercises, 10-12 reps for smaller single joint isolation exercises.
