HMB= Piece of Shit. Just throught $20 out the window. It'll be easier. BTW if you still decide to buy it get some Cybergenic with it. I'll put 20lbs in 6weeks. IP: Logged |

I had a $95.00 tub of HMB given to me. I took till it was gone, about 8 weeks and I cant say it helped. I cant really say it didnt either. I just didnt see anything one way or the other. It was just one more freak'n I pounded down my throat 3 times a day. I say save your $, but if you wanna do it, go for it. IP: Logged |

HMB is a fraud if you didn't already know. they've done numerous studies with no results. HMB IS FAKE!!! stop buying the crap guys. It's like the Biotin? anybody remember that? yeah they're still trying to sell their left over supplies from god knows when cuz everybody knows it don't work. IP: Logged |

I like HMB and get positive results from it. I suspect those who don't like it are expecting some kind of steroidal type response. It isn't like that at all. It will make a difference if you like to train too much and too hard. If you don't you probably won't feel it's effects. IP: Logged |
