Iam 16 weigh 135 height 5'10" I am tall and thin and I eat alot of calories and protein but I am worried about looking like joe piscobo did. he had muscle but not mass. I want to get big and I realize it takes years but what supplements or anabolic enhancers would help me. I took Myoplex but I couldn't take it I threw up like 30 min after. But I take a blue thunder with each workout. what will help me grow more? IP: Logged |

The best thing for you to naturally increase mass is creatine. Protein is always great but to just give you that mass you need something extra. Also, genetics play a huge role in how big you get and how much work it takes to get that big. Concentrate on eating and doing heavy compound lifts! IP: Logged |

Most teens nothing more than a good diet and a multi vitamin. Save the supps and your money until you get a little older. IP: Logged |
