![]() ![]() ![]() I just started taking the usual 5g a day of it. Is it the general concesus that it is at least partly effective if used properly and with an appropriate diet/excercise plan? I'm very much a hard gainer, and Creatine was one of the most recomended supplements on the internet and from friends. In addition to the Creatine, I take a usual multivitamin, take about 1200-1500 calories in MRP and eat a balanced diet ranging from eggs to spaghetti, and lots of fruit and juice. So far, I've gained about 10 pounds in 2 months just through normal lifting, eating and sleeping, but I am hoping Creatine will help my performance in the lifting department. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() I like to keep my ctreatine intake very high. I usually keep it at the normal loading phase dose and never come down any lower. I get best results by keeping it at 20-35 grams per day if I can afford it. IP: Logged |
