Does anyone know any supplements or what can help loose skin. I have lost over 70 pounds, but my skin is loose. No stretch marks, just loose. I was wondering if anyone knew anthing that could help this.

Duchaine was big on the topical creams containing the herb/antioxidant Pycnogenol. I have never tried it, but it may be worth a try.

congratulations on losing all that weight. I lost 130lbs. about 6 yrs back when I was 18 yrs. old. From everything I've heard you have two options: since skin is very elastic you can hope that eventually it will tighten up. The second thing to do is have surgery to remove all the excess skin. good luck
