I'm taking the plunge and buying some xenadrine (its not cheap in the UK!). Has any one got any advice on the best way to use it? e.g. time of day, dosage, full or empty stomach, how long before training, take it seven days? or just training days? or just cardio days? How much time to allow between xenadrine and creatine. All comments are gratefully received because this stuff is damn expensive over hear inthe UK! IP: Logged |

 I would 2-3 in the morning and before lunch and before dinner. If at all possible try and not take them to late at night. Insomnia... How much is it over there??? Hope this helps. BTW, if you take it on an empty stomach I always felt really weird. IP: Logged |

take tow in the morning and then two more in the afternoon right after/before lunch. This way you can sleep at night. Did you look online and try buying it from some discount place? I would think it would be cheaper. Let me know if you have any more questions. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I believe Xenadrine is good stuff, but the price really sucks. I believe buying ephedrine, caffeine, and asprin separately works better and is a lot less expensive. Xenadrine is an eca stack without the asprin. Is epedrine ilegal over there? If you can't find ephedrine alone then just try to get me some mini thins. IP: Logged |

Where can you get ephedrine seperate? I can't image a pharmacist selling it? What are mini-thins by the way? Decadon - thanks for the offer. I might take you up on it when I use up the xenadrine I have at the moment. But how would I pay you? IP: Logged |

Mini Thins are found at most gas stations as an energy booster. They contain a 10 mg. standardized dosage of ehpedrine. They are very cheap at between $6-$8 for a 60 pill bottle. I think they changed the name to "Mini T's". I buy these bottles all the time when I need it for my ephedrine/caffeine stack. I also get my ephedrine from Primatene Tablets, which are sold very cheaply at Wal-Mart. IP: Logged |

Fat burner and energy at the same time , but I prefer Dymetadrine Xtreme by Ast , it's better and I had very ggod results , only a thing , you get crazy while you train ! It's not easy ....... Ciao. IP: Logged |

Rico, ephedrine is legal in the US. Some states try to regulate it, usually not too successfully. The media tries to paint it as death in a bottle, so I don't know how much longer it'll be so easily available. IP: Logged |
