Hey guys
Hey does anyone have any xperiencewith 7=keto fuel, by twin labs. I need to know if it is ok to use at 19. it says it doesnt convert like regular DHEA and it doesnt say that it should be only used by people over 40. Is it effective at all? give me some feedback guys!

7 keto is for women because it dosent convert to testosterone.give it up dude, your too young for hormones.and theyre all useless anyway.all you gonna get is bitch tits and acne..and no muscle.stick to a solid work out routine ,and plenty of food to pack on the mass.

7-keto is not taken for the same reason as bodybulding-oriented prohormones. Furthermore, 7-keto is not just for women, nor is it directly androgenic or anabolic. 7-keto is a more bioavailable and therefore beneficial form of DHEA that does everything DHEA does, much more effectively, EXCEPT contribute peripheral androgens and estrogens to one's system. Therefore, 7-keto would be beneficial to reset ciracdian rhythms (if taken in the AM with melatonin taken in the PM), lose fat, combat anxiety and depression, antagonize cortisol, boost immunity, etc. While its effects can be profound, that's only when people who are DHEA deficient take it. And someone who's 19 may be deficient, but that's not likely. Can you get a DHEA blood test? That would be the best way to see if you need it. If not, maybe the best gauge is: Do you get sick a lot? Are you very depressed, lethargic, or exhausted? If so, try 50 MG first thing in the morning for a month and see how you feel.
