No, never felt like that before. I always have more strength and energy when I'm on it. Are you drinking plenty of water daily? How's your overall diet? Are you getting enough rest? Do you feel like you are in an overtrained state?

I may not have been drinking enough water for one thing. I do try and eat very good. Yes, i do feel like im in an overtrained state although i wouldnt think im over doing it. I could very well be though b/c i have to take ibuprophen to sleep every night b/c my legs ache. Just an example: yesterday i ate 2 egg whites and had a cup of coffee for breakfast, about 1 hour later a took creatine and then started working out when all of a sudden i felt SICK, like i was going to puke or faint. I had to lay down. I dont know why? By the way, im taking the Creatine Fuel (i take 2 before workout and 1 after) I was unsure about which one was the best, there are so many to choose from and i just came upon the site yesterday. Thanks for the input!

One thing you should do, leave the coffee alone when you are close to taking your creatine. I had a friend who would take creatine WITH his coffee (dont even ask me why) but his stomach would get very upset. Also, creatine has a different effect on everyone. Some people like myself can take it with no problems and I know some people who get sick, diarrea or cramps. So, your body may not react too well. Please, drink plenty of water while on creatine. Also, it sounds like you are doing some intense training!! Legs aching so much you cant sleep??? Ok, post your workout so everyone can have a look. Later...

Contraction, I take my creatine with my coffee. Why? Because it melts away in the coffeeity goodness. You avoid the graininess.

Do some research. I've read reports that caffeine interferes with creatine. You may not get the full effect and the caffeine may even cancel out creatine. I cant give you an exact reference for you to go read right now, but try searching on the web.

Ok, here is a link. It seems there was some erroneous info put out there on creatine and coffee. EAS has done research and found coffee has no negative effects on creatine. As for our friend, it may be too strong of a combination for her stomach. I'm not sure what's causing her to get sick. Like I said, creatine has different effects on everyone.
