if you want to read the specifics, then hit the button 'click here for catalog'. Then when you get to the next page click on the blue banner at the top that reads "100% whey protein". That will give you lots of info regarding the quality of the powder. I used to spend nearly a hundred bucks a month on protein but now I've cut that bill in half and as I said before, it's better quality than anything I've tried. Give it a shot, you'll love it.
