Yea, i just bought Isopure's Meal replacment powder. (had more protien than EAS myoplex 50 g's) and i was wandering what was the big difference between this and their protien products. Cant get much more per serving right? Also, how many meals a day do you pro's substitute a shake for? Thanks, Gary IP: Logged |

If you look carfully you usually find that meal replacements have more a higher carb:protein ratio than protein shakes - that's why they tend to be cheaper. For example, in the UK, mrp tend to have 30-40g of protein per 100g whereas a good whey protein has 90-95g of protein per 100g. As for taking shakes - I take 3 per day in between 4-5 meals (shakes at 10ish, 2ish and 10pmish). IP: Logged |
